Membership Information
Buying a membership means you can climb at BKB as many times as you want during that period. It pays to buy large. The longer the duration of a membership, the more money per month you end up saving. You can also buy gift cards and classes in our digital store.

- Juice Haven (252 3rd Avenue) offers BKB members 10% off.
- CrossFit South BK (597 Degraw Street) offers BKB EFT members 25% off their late morning foundation series, which starts October 3rd. This series runs twice a week and is a commitment of four weeks.
- Sheep Station (149 4th Avenue) offers BKB members Happy Hour prices.
- 718 Cyclery (254 3rd Avenue) offers BKB members 10% off up to $100 in retail purchases, limited to all non-labor related items, and one purchase/day.

Memberships:
Monthly EFT - $95 + one-time $50 registration fee
3 Month - $299 (Students/Kids $219)
Annual - $799 (Students/Kids $719)
About EFT (electronic funds transfer) automatic renewal billing:
- Your credit card account is billed on the 10th of each month. You are responsible for ensuring that the credit card attached to your account is valid, and that there are sufficient funds in the account.
- If your credit card is declined when we bill you, a $10 late fee will be invoiced to your account for each month payment is not received.
- If you have an unpaid or past due balance, you may not use BKB facilities until your balance is paid in full.
- Accounts with two months of unpaid balances (for any reason) will be terminated, and may be subject to activation fees upon reinstatement. Reinstated memberships will be subject to current membership rates.
Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that sometimes our members have to leave us. To cancel your membership, please email Membership@BrooklynBoulders.com.
- Monthly Memberships will be terminated effective the next billing date after receipt of your request (we bill on the 10th of each month, so to guarantee that your account will be terminated when you wish, please make sure your request is sent by the 5th of the month you wish to cancel).
- Prepaid memberships can only be cancelled for the following reasons: (a) upon a written doctor’s order that you cannot physically make use of Brooklyn Boulders’ facilities because of a significant physical disability for a period in excess of six months; (b) on member’s death, his or her estate will be relieved of any further obligations for payment under the contract not then due and owing; (c) if the member’s listed residence is moved more than twenty-five miles further from Brooklyn Boulders; (d) if the services cease to be offered as stated in this contract. All refund requests must be in writing and will be prorated from the first day of the month following the date of the written request. Cancellation for reasons other than those stated above is at the discretion of Brooklyn Boulders.
Freezing Policy:
- Only applies to Monthly Memberships or Prepaid Members who injure themselves such that they cannot climb and provide documentation of such.
- Can be done by calling BKB, emailing Membership@BrooklynBoulders.com, or asking at the front desk.
- Pay only $8.50 per month.
- Membership is frozen effective the first billing date following the receipt of your request (we bill on the 10th of each month, so to guarantee that your account will be frozen when you need it, please make sure your request is sent by the 5th of the month you wish to freeze).
- $8.50 freeze fee will be charged to your account each month in lieu of your normal membership fee.
- When you return, you will pay pro-rated dues for the portion of the month left before the next billing date.
- In the event that you are injured e-mail Membership@BrooklynBoulders.com to ensure your membership is frozen.
- If you are injured while climbing at BKB, freeze fees will be refunded in full when you come to unfreeze your membership.
- If you are injured elsewhere, you can have your fees refunded by bringing documentation of your injury from a health care professional (a doctor’s note).
